Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via Aramex. We only ship in Lebanon. Shipping costs will be free locally. Your order will be shipped to the address you have specified on your checkout form within 3 to 7 business days.

All deliveries made are Cash On Delivery (COD), and must be paid to Aramex once the package has been delivered. The package will not be giving to you by Aramex if payement is not made directly on arival. 

We have a strict policy on payement as we are trying to avoid any fraud on delivery. 



Once you have received your item, you are allowed 7 days to return or exchange your item.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please follow the following steps:

  1. E-mail a brief message to explaining the reason of your return. Please provide your name, your address and your order number in the mail being sent. The store does not accept any refund, however we do provide store credit.
  2. After your request has been approved,  an e-mail will be sent back, authorizing you to send us back the items purchased. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Note: You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
  3. Upon receipt of your products, you will be provided with store credit eligible for 30 days only.



  1. Once an item has been purchased, it is exchangeable for 15 days only ! No exceptions made.
  2. We allow tailoring on items purchased within the Collection of the current season.
  3. No tailoring will be made on items purchased from previous collections, as we have many tailoring in process during the current collection.
  4. Those who wish to have an item tailored from previous collections, are able to do so but will be charged an extra cost.
